Current Requests For Proposal (RFP)
If the Issuing Office deems it necessary to revise any part of the RFP before the proposal response date, the Issuing Office will post an amendment to the PLCB website. It is the proposer’s responsibility to monitor the website for any new information or amendment to the RFP. Answers to the questions asked during the Questions & Answers period also will be posted to the website as an addendum to the RFP. The Issuing Office shall not be bound by any verbal information nor shall it be bound by any written information that is not either contained within the RFP or formally issued as an amendment or addendum by the Issuing Office.
Attention Vendors: The Commonwealth is now using ERP software by SAP for its Accounting, Budgeting and Procurement functions. A vendor database for use by all state agencies has been created. For information and to register go to:
