The Procurement Division, Bureau of Support Services, coordinates the procurement of all equipment, furniture, supplies and services required to operate the Agency's offices, stores, and distribution centers.

 

The Division maintains vendor lists covering a broad range of commodities and services.  Vendors wishing to have their names added to a bidding list should notify the Division; please include the business name, address, telephone and fax number, a contact person's name, e-mail address, and the type of commodities or services.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania encourages minority and women owned businesses to compete for state contracts.  The Bureau of Minority and Women Business Opportunities (BMWBO) in the Department of General Services administers program efforts in this area.  Please click here to find out more.
