Supplier Registration

All vendors doing business with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) must obtain a PLCB Supplier Number in order to facilitate timely processing and payments of invoices for goods and services rendered. To obtain this Supplier Number, you must complete and submit the forms, in accordance with the provided instructions, located at the following link: PLCB-2348 Supplier Registration Form
