The Bureau of Licensing has the distinct duty to ensure compliance with the statutory and regulatory mandates of the PA Liquor Code and PA Title 40. The Bureau processes approximately 53,000 applications, logs over 48,000 telephone calls, responds to almost 10,000 e-mails from the public in a year. Over 40% of our licensees filed their renewals or validations on our e-filing system.
