Administration

The Office of Administration develops and implements agency policies, procedures and regulations regarding the day-to-day operation of the PLCB. This office handles a variety of functions from mail services and graphic design to property maintenance and records retention. One of the largest functions is human resources and talent management to ensure the agency provides the best customer service to our licensees and our consumers.
